For too long I used the quick oil change place. Then I went to Richardson's in Gladwin. The people and the service was amazing and the price was about the same as the other place. So much more for no extra money!! They had a driver to take me to work when I dropped my truck off, and when I wasn't able to get back to pick it up, the brought my truck to me. I'll never again take the quick route. From now on, all my oil changes will be done at Richardson's.
They installed my hard tonnoua cover as well as my remote start. No complaints,so far!

I have NEVER received better service from any service center. I moved up here 2 1/2 years ago and needed help with my Jeep. They came through for me. Since then they have been my go to for my Jeep needs. When they give you a quote they stand behind it. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs without a doubt.
I appreciated the fact that they were not pushy! They met ever need. The searched until they found the right car for me. During signing nobody asked for any extra bells or whistles or pushed any kind of warranty or undercoating, which was nice. They were friendly, courteous, and prompt on everything that they did. Generally they're a good dealership, but recently I've had issues with the service department that I've had to add oil to my car right after they did an oil change because is was not full. The technician that did my oil change was Wyatt Vogel. Also, when I dropped off the car at my appointment time, I requested that they wash my car for me - they said OK. When I was told it was ready, it was not washed. I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to wash it.

These guys were great! The Customer service on getting your vehicle back to you is what they strive for in the service department. That is something I look for when dealing with companies. I did have sticker shock when they called about the issues that went bad from the wear and tear. But, they were on top of it and made sure I knew right away the details and costs before doing the work. So thank you Richardsons (Gladwin) service and mechanics! You are my number one dealership for servicing my buick.

I take my vehicle only to RICHARDSON‘s Chevrolet because they are friendly respectful and they are understanding yesterday. I called and asked if I could get an oil change but I needed them to come and pick it up. They came the next day and picked up my truck and brought my truck back after an oil change. Richardson Gladwin used to be a great dealership, but not so any more. Every time I talked to my sales person I got conflicting information. I dont like dealing with people that cant give me the correct information the FIRST TIME.

Took my car in for oil change, but was disturbed that it took almost 2 hours. Service rep told me after I complained about the time that it was longer due to a recall.
