Took my car in for oil change, but was disturbed that it took almost 2 hours. Service rep told me after I complained about the time that it was longer due to a recall.
Heath and everyone were professionals that represented the Richardson brand. They were all excellent and the company should be proud of this group.

Do not let this dealership run your credit until you see the vehicle keys in person. I contacted them about a specific truck. They confirmed the truck was available so I gave permission for them to run my credit to be approved for financing based off of their word that the truck was available. The facilities were extremely clean and the waiting area was neat and well stocked for a restful wait for completion of your service appointment. I felt like there was a BIG communication gap! I had window deflectors put on when i purchased my car and one side flew off not even 60 days after they were put on and the other side was lose. I ordered splatter guards (mud Flaps) it took OVER a month to get them in.
