Took my car in for oil change, but was disturbed that it took almost 2 hours. Service rep told me after I complained about the time that it was longer due to a recall.

Do not let this dealership run your credit until you see the vehicle keys in person. I contacted them about a specific truck. They confirmed the truck was available so I gave permission for them to run my credit to be approved for financing based off of their word that the truck was available. Oil change and tire rotation they said I had a transmission leak I have never seen any fluid on my garage floor I’m am a little skeptical

I was having troubles with my old vehicle. Jake just happened to give me a courtesy call about that vehicle and had to listen to all my troubles. When I decided to get into a new truck, Jake took me through the entire process. Good communication from start to end, and now we laugh about the courtesy call.
Disappointed not always but bring my truck to see if it can be saved telling me it can't. Charging me to repeat what I said then trying to say that my 2019 diesel Colorado is only worth 500 buck. Look at Kelly Blue book shows that the truck with a bad engine well more than that. Bring it home and replace a fuse and it starts. Just disappointed.
